Letter of application signed and stamped on behalf of the authorized person of the credit institution for allocation of funds

Note: Form 1, brief summary of the application, EKTIS reference, MKR extract, credit committee decision and letter of allocation of funds are submitted by the relevant bank or credit institution. In order to determine the borrower's ability to pay, the bank or credit institution may require additional supporting documents.
