A cooperation agreement was signed between AKIA and the Mediation Council
An agreement on joint cooperation was signed between the Agrarian Credit and Development Agency (AKIA) under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Mediation Council. Speaking at the event, Chairman of AKIA Seymur Movlayev and Chairman of the Board of Mediation Council Nadir Adilov emphasized the importance of the document signed between the institutions.
It was noted that this document envisages mutual and beneficial cooperation and coordination of activities of the parties in accordance with their spheres of activity.
According to the agreement reached between the two institutions, continuous joint projects will be implemented in order to successfully resolve and result-oriented disputes between partners on the agency's activities, and to educate potential parties to disputes. Also, this cooperation will facilitate the settlement of disputes through mediation, and the formation of corporate social responsibility in the direction of joint discussion and resolution of issues relevant to society.
