Planting subsidy - a part of the costs spent on the purchase of agricultural production tools for the cultivation of agricultural plants in accordance with the intended purpose of those lands, conducting agrochemical analysis of the soil, the purchase and construction of modern irrigation systems and poles for perennial plantings on the lands underplanting and perennial plantings subsidy for each hectare of the cultivated area to compensate;
A planting subsidy is a subsidy allocated to a farmer per hectare. The amount of the planting subsidy is calculated by the declared crop type (except for cotton, tobacco, and sugar beet). The planting subsidy allocated to the farmer can be used for all plantings carried out in the same year. A 10% additional planting subsidy is paid to agricultural cooperatives for planting on more than 50 hectares of land. In this case, the documents of the cooperative must be entered into the electronic information system.
Calculation of crop subsidy:
Base amount x planting rate = planting subsidy
What should farmers do to get planting subsidies?
Declaration of information on autumn crops by farmers through EKTIS and subsidy
the period for applications is set from September 1 to the last working day of December, from February 1 to May 31 for spring crops, and from June 1 to August 31 for repeated crops. Newly planted and existing perennial plantings (orchards and other perennial plants) are declared annually in the periods provided for autumn or spring plantings.
The farmer card account is divided into 2 parts:
-
Cashable and expendable
-
Only fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, and seedlings can be spent without cashing out
5 of the 6 types of subsidies (crop, crop, seed/seedling, animal, cocoon, bee) (crop, seed/seedling, animal, cocoon, bee) are transferred in full, and 25% of the crop subsidy is transferred to the first account and the farmer wants to use for expenses in the form. 75% of the planting subsidy is transferred to the second account and can be spent by transfer from the card to the supplier's account in the directions mentioned above. Suppliers (who sell fertilizers, seeds, seedlings, and pesticides) enter their sales in this area into the EKTIS-tapagro subsystem. Starting in 2022, farmers will be able to use this 75% for the payment of agrochemical soil analysis, the purchase and construction of modern irrigation systems and poles in perennial plantings (fruit growing).
*All coefficients are determined by the Agricultural Subsidy Board
*Cultivation coefficient - coefficients determined by regions and plants
200 (two hundred) manats is the base amount used in the calculation of subsidies in the field of crop cultivation.
