• Step 1. The farmer contacts the artificial insemination specialist (hereafter - SMM) in order to artificially inseminate the animal, provides information about the animal, and if there is a verbal agreement on the conditions, the arrival time for insemination is determined by stating the address.
-
Step 2. The SMM signs a contract with the farmer, tags the animal after artificial insemination, and enters the relevant information into EKTIS.
-
• The farmer can get information about the nearest SMM through his personal office in EKTIS, by applying to DAIM or Call Center.
-
• In case of failure of the first artificial insemination, repeated insemination can be performed according to the terms of the contract.
-
• The farmer can enter the information about his animals in advance in the "My Animals" section in his personal cabinet in EKTIS.
-
Step 3. The farmer immediately informs the SMM about the calf born (about 9 months after insemination).
-
Step 4. Within 5 days after the birth of the calf, the SMM will tag the calf, the information about the calf and the image of the calf are entered into EKTIS, and a notification about this is sent through EKTIS to the field veterinarian registered in the nearest EKTIS.
-
Step 5. The field veterinarian checks the health of the calf for 5 days and enters the information about it into EKTIS.
-
If the field veterinarian does not enter the mentioned information into EKTIS within the required time or if the farmer does not agree with the given information, he must inform DAIM within 3 days. DAIM must re-check the health of the calf by involving an additional specialist within 5 days and enter the information about it into EKTIS.
-
Step 6. Based on the entered data, the subsidy application is automatically formed and the subsidy amount is determined in the amount of 100 (one hundred) manats for each healthy calf. The application for the subsidy formed by the farmer in his personal office in EKTIS is approved.
-
Step 7. After that, DAIM conducts monitoring on the basis of on-site observation for 10 days, determines the presence of the animal and approves the application.
-
If a complaint was submitted based on the information of the field veterinarian and a health check was carried out with the involvement of an additional specialist through DAIM, DAIM approves the subsidy application without carrying out on-site observation after approving the farmer's application.
-
Step 8. Within 15 working days after approval by DAIM, the Agrarian Credit and Development Agency under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan (hereinafter - AKIA) transfers the subsidy payment to the farmer's account.
