Question: What is a planting subsidy?
Answer: Planting subsidy - for the purchase of agricultural production tools used by farmers for the cultivation of agricultural plants suitable for the intended use of those lands on the lands under crops and perennial plantings, for the agrochemical analysis of the soils, for the purchase and construction of modern irrigation systems and poles for perennial plantings. It is a subsidy given for each hectare of cultivated area in order to compensate for a part of it.

Answer: No subsidy is given to a farmer who is not registered in EKTIS.

Answer: 25 percent is cashed, and 75 percent is used for the purchase of agricultural production equipment for planting, conducting agrochemical analysis of soils, and purchase and construction of modern irrigation systems and poles for perennial crops.
Question: In what case should the insurance contract be?
Answer: Planting subsidy for the cultivation of the insurable plant included in the list approved by the Council on the land area (areas) of 10 hectares or more used by the farmer is given after the conclusion of the insurance contract.
Question: Are additional subsidies paid to cooperatives?
Answer: Planting subsidy to agricultural cooperatives is applied with a 10 percent increase for planting or multi-year planting on more than 50 hectares of land.
Question: What is a product subsidy?
Answer: It is a subsidy for each ton of agricultural products delivered to suppliers
Question: In what period should the electronic declaration (application) regarding product subsidy be submitted to EKTIS?
Answer: In relation to crop subsidy, farmers submit an electronic declaration (application) by June 1 of each year, documents on the delivery of the product to the supplier (receipts of the product) by December 15, and suppliers submit information about the type and quantity of the agricultural product they have delivered to SIS- should be included. Payments for documents submitted after December 15 are made in the 2nd quarter of the following year.

Answer: Product subsidy is calculated as follows:

Answer: It is a subsidy for the sale of certified 1st and 2nd reproduction seeds and seedlings produced in the country.
Question: What are certified seeds and seedlings?
Answer: Seeds and seedlings registered in the state register in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Seed Production", with a certificate of conformity on the varieties and sowing qualities.
Question: How is the seed subsidy calculated?
Answer: The seed subsidy is determined by applying coefficients to the base amount for each kilogram of 1st and 2nd reproduction seeds produced and sold in the country, and for each number of seedlings, for the types of plants determined by the Council:
(Base amount x seed coefficient) x amount of seeds or seedlings submitted by the farmer for subsidy x (quota/sum of the amount of seeds and seedlings submitted for subsidy) = seed subsidy

Question: During what period can the funds loaded on the farmer card be used?
Answer: The planting subsidy allocated to the farmer during the calendar year, but not used, can be used for subsequent plantings during the same year. If the subsidy funds given to the farmer are not used within 2 (two) years, a notification is sent to him via SMS and e-mail. If the farmer does not use the subsidy funds within 3 (three) months after the notification is sent, the subsidy will not be paid to him for the next year.
