Coefficients of agricultural plants for which planting and product subsidies will be paid in   2022 

Agrarian Subsidy Council in accordance with clause 2.4 of the "Regulation on subsidizing agricultural production" approved by Decree No. 759 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 27, 2019

  1. In 2022, planting coefficients and the amount of planting subsidy shall be determined for agricultural crops as follows:

  1. If an agrochemical analysis of the soil is not carried out for every 2 hectares of land plots of not less than 2 ha planted by seed and seedling producers and every 5 hectares of land plots of not less than 5 ha planted by other producers, this decision shall be applied for the cultivation of those land plots. the subsidies determined by the first paragraph are not paid.
  2. The following orchards provided with a drip irrigation system should be considered intensive fruit orchards: - orchards where at least 650 vegetative saplings are planted per hectare for apple, pear, cherry, plum, peach (nectarine), apricot and cherry plants; - orchards where at least 450 saplings are planted per hectare for palm and pomegranate plants; - orchards where at least 650 seedlings are planted per hectare for lemon, orange, mandarin and feijoa plants; - orchards with a minimum of 330 units per hectare for the hazelnut plant; - orchards where at least 278 vegetative undergrowth seedlings are planted per hectare of almond plant; - groves where at least 238 saplings are planted per hectare for the walnut plant; - orchards where at least 330 saplings are planted per hectare for mulberry, cranberry, yida, fig, olive and other plants;
  3. The condition that the minimum number of seedlings planted per hectare should be equal to 90 should be determined for granting planting subsidy for other orchards.
  4. In the first paragraph of this decision, the planting coefficients applied to vineyards and intensive fruit orchards during the first 4 years from the year of their establishment and for tea plantations during the first 7 years from the year of their establishment should be applied to orchards planted starting from 2019, planted before 2019 planting coefficients for grape, tea and intensive orchards should be taken equal to 1.25.
  5. In the first paragraph of this decision, the planting ratio for kiwi gardens provided with drip irrigation system should be applied to gardens where at least 650 seedlings are planted per hectare and planted from 2021, to kiwi gardens where less than 650 seedlings are planted per hectare and planted before 2021 the planting subsidy should be calculated according to the coefficient applied to other berries in accordance with the first paragraph of this decision.
  6. In the first paragraph of this decision, the rice planting coefficient should be applied to Agdash, Agsu, Astara, Bilasuvar, Goychay, Lankaran, Masalli, Salyan, Samukh, Ujar, Yevlakh, Sheki and Zardab regions, and should be taken as 0 for other regions and cities. .
  7. In the first paragraph of this decision, the hazelnut planting coefficient should be applied to Agdash, Agstafa, Balaken, Ismayilli, Zagatala, Khachmaz, Gakh, Gabala, Guba, Oguz, Gusar, Gazakh, Tarter, Tovuz, Shabran, Shamakhi, Sheki and Yardimli regions, and other should be taken equal to 0 for regions and cities.
  8. In the first paragraph of this decision, the planting coefficient for the river should be applied to Astara, Lankaran, Masalli and Zagatala regions, and should be taken as 0 for other regions and cities.
  9. In the first paragraph of this decision, the planting coefficients for lemons, tangerines, oranges and kiwi should be applied to Astara, Lankaran and Masalli regions, and should be taken as 0 for other regions and cities.
  10. In the first paragraph of this decision, corn, sunflower, soy, millet, sorghum and potato crops planted before June 1, 2022 should be considered as main crops, and crops made between June 1 and September 1 should be classified as repeated crops.
  11. The one-time planting subsidy provided for the establishment of intensive orchards in the first paragraph of this decision should be applied to orchards planted in degraded and low quality land areas with pomegranate and olive orchards, forest fund lands with empty hazelnut groves, and in mountain and foothill areas, other land for the planting of intensive pomegranate, olive and hazelnut orchards in the areas of
  12. The one-time planting subsidy provided for the planting of vineyards in the first paragraph of this decision will be paid in Agdam, Agsu, Jalilabad, Fuzuli, Khojavand, Ismailli, Gabala, Gobustan, Gubadli, Lerik, Siyazan, Shabran, Shamakhi, Sheki, Yardimli and Zangilan regions. should be applied to orchards planted in the conditions of a dam in areas located more than 400 meters above the sea level, and the planting coefficient should be taken equal to 0 for the intended one-time planting subsidy for vineyards planted in other land areas.
  13. In 2022, crop coefficients and the amount of crop subsidy for raw cotton, tobacco and sugar beet should be determined as follows.
